Welcome to SoulmateVision (“SoulmateVision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of soulmatevision.com (the “Site”), our content, products, services, and communications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You agree to keep your information accurate and up to date.

2) Nature of Our Services (Disclaimer)

SoulmateVision provides digital content, readings, guides, and related materials for entertainment, educational, and inspirational purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. No result is guaranteed. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the content you receive.

3) Orders, Pricing, Billing & Refunds

  • Digital Delivery. Most offerings are delivered digitally (downloads, email links, web access). Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.
  • Pricing. Prices may change at any time. Taxes/fees may apply based on your location.
  • Payments. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for purchases.
  • Subscriptions (if offered). Auto-renew at the then-current rate unless canceled before renewal. Manage or cancel via your account or by contacting support.
  • Refunds. Due to the customized and digital nature of many products, refunds are generally not offered once an order is fulfilled, except where required by law or if a product page states otherwise. For access/delivery issues, contact support@soulmatevision.com.

4) SMS/Text Messaging Terms (Program: Daily Readings & Offers)

Program Description: By enrolling in the SoulmateVision SMS/A2P text program, you consent to receive automated
text messages from SoulmateVision related to daily horoscope readings, relationship guidance, and promotional
offers.

Consent & Opt-In: Consent is obtained via a checkbox displayed near the phone field on our website. We use OTP
(double opt-in) to confirm your number; no recurring texts are sent until you complete OTP confirmation. Consent is
not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: 1 msg/day.

Cost & Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Opt-Out: You can cancel anytime by replying STOP. Supported keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL,
END, QUIT. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.

Data Handling & Vendors: We work with trusted messaging providers, including Telnyx, to deliver our SMS program.These vendors process limited information (phone number, message metadata) solely to send and manage messages in compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.

Delivery & Carrier Liability: Message delivery depends on your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered
messages.

Eligibility: You must be 18+ to enroll. Service available in the U.S. only (unless otherwise noted).

Privacy: For more details, see our Privacy Policy at https://soulmatevision.com/privacy-policy.

Changes: We may modify or suspend the SMS program or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes
constitutes acceptance.

5) Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive service, transactional, and promotional emails from us. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the email. Transactional/service emails (e.g., receipts, access links, notices) are part of the Services and may still be sent where permitted by law.

6) Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt to bypass security measures.
  • Do not scrape, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or collect information about others without consent.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, artwork, images, logos, videos, software, and compilations—is owned by or licensed to SoulmateVision and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8) User Content & Testimonials

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, feedback, testimonials, images), you grant SoulmateVision a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your content in any media to operate and promote the Services. You represent that you own or control the rights to your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

9) Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites or services. We do not control or endorse third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

10) Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOULMATEVISION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SOULMATEVISION OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF REQUIRED BY LAW).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; some of the above may not apply to you.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoulmateVision and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

14) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services and these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., posting an updated version with a new Effective Date). Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe you violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, but sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, arbitration) will survive.

16) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

  • Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, on an individual basis.
  • Class Action Waiver. YOU AND SOULMATEVISION AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
  • Injunctive Relief. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property or confidentiality rights.

Where arbitration is not enforceable, disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

17) Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor conditions, governmental actions, interruptions of internet or telecommunications services, or failures of third-party providers.

18) Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

19) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time.
