This Privacy Policy explains how SoulmateVision (“SoulmateVision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit soulmatevision.com (the “Site”) or use our products, services, and communications (the “Services”), including our SMS/A2P messaging program. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

1) Information We Collect

  • Identifiers & Contact Data: name, email address, phone number, postal address, account identifiers.
  • Order & Payment Data: product selections, purchase totals, transaction timestamps, limited payment info (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).
  • User-Provided Content: form entries, survey responses, testimonials, uploaded files (e.g., photos), and messages to support.
  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, device/OS/browser details, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, clickstream, session logs.
  • Cookies & Similar Tech: cookies, pixels, local storage, and tags used for core functionality, analytics, and ads (see “Cookies” below).
  • SMS/A2P Messaging Data: your phone number, opt-in/opt-out status, message content and time, delivery status, carrier and handset info (as provided by carriers or messaging vendors).

2) How We Use Information

  • Provide & Improve Services: account setup, order fulfillment, content delivery (including digital readings), troubleshooting, and product development.
  • Communications: service and transactional emails/SMS (receipts, access links, security notices) and, with consent where required, marketing emails/SMS (promotions, offers, reminders).
  • Personalization & Analytics: customize content, measure performance, and understand usage trends.
  • Security & Compliance: detect/prevent fraud, enforce Terms, comply with legal obligations.
  • Advertising: show or measure ads and limit ad frequency where permitted (see “Your Choices” and “Do Not Sell/Share” below).

3) Legal Bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)

Where applicable, we process personal data under the following legal bases: (a) contract (to provide the Services you request); (b) consent (e.g., marketing SMS/email); (c) legitimate interests (e.g., to secure and improve the Services, prevent fraud); and (d) legal obligations.

4) How We Share Information

  • Service Providers/Processors: hosting, payment processing, customer support, analytics, messaging (email/SMS), and advertising partners who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
  • Business Transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or a successor policy.
  • Legal & Safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect rights, property, and safety, and respond to lawful requests.
  • With Your Direction: when you ask us to share or otherwise consent.

5) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and local storage for core functionality (e.g., session management), analytics (traffic measurement), and advertising (including retargeting). You can control cookies via browser settings and certain industry opt-outs. Disabling cookies may limit some features.

6) SMS / A2P Messaging Privacy & Compliance:

When you provide your mobile number on our Site or through our ads or partners, you consent to receive automated
text messages from SoulmateVision related to your readings, reminders, and promotional offers. Message frequency
may vary but will not exceed one message per day (1 msg/day). Message and data rates may apply.


We record your consent timestamp, method (checkbox and OTP verification), and all STOP/HELP requests to comply
with carrier and legal requirements. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We retain minimal opt-out records
to prevent accidental re-enrollment without your consent.


We only share limited messaging data (e.g., delivery events, carrier information) with trusted SMS vendors such as
Telnyx for the sole purpose of sending and managing messages. We do not sell or rent your phone number or personal
information to any third party for marketing use. 

No Third-Party Sharing of SMS DataWe will never sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or opt-in status to any third parties for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and your mobile information will only be used by SoulmateVision and our trusted SMS service providers (e.g., messaging vendors) solely for delivering messages related to your opt-in request.

7) Email Communications

By providing your email, you may receive service and transactional emails and, with consent where required, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in the footer. We may still send essential service emails (e.g., receipts, access links, alerts) as part of the Services.

8) Your Choices & Rights

  • Access/Correction/Deletion: request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data by emailing support@soulmatevision.com.
  • Marketing Opt-Outs: unsubscribe links in emails; reply STOP to SMS; adjust cookie/ad preferences where available.
  • Targeted Ads/Profiling: opt out where supported via cookie banners, browser settings, and industry tools (e.g., NAI/DAA/EDAA). Choices are device/browser-specific.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): where legally required, we treat a valid GPC signal as an opt-out of certain sales/shares for targeted advertising.

9) California & Other State Disclosures (U.S.)

If you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or other states with similar laws, you may have the right to know/access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain “sales” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly “sell” personal information in the traditional sense; however, some advertising/analytics uses may be considered a “sale” or “share.” You can exercise rights by emailing support@soulmatevision.com and by adjusting cookie/ad settings. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10) International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own (including the United States). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.

11) Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. We then delete or anonymize it according to our retention schedule.

12) Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13) Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

14) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by updating the Effective Date or posting a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the changes.
